The architectural design department, formerly Dalian XinDaDi Architectural Design and Research Co., Ltd. was established in Dec 3, 1992. The ministry of construction issued us the certificate of architectural engineering Grade B with serial number 0611082 in 1999.

We mainly provide services for landscape design, architectural design and engineering, and environmental design etc.

Finishing many large and middle scale projects, including seaport high-layers residential apartment that is still advanced project of Dalian so far. Electric high-layers residential apartment does not get behind and many projects, including library of Liaoning Police Officer School, seaport high-layers residential apartment, have got rewards of excellent design on province or city level. Other designs, such as: 37001 Army Training Center (high-layers), YiCheng Garden, XinZaiZi residential village, KunMing Garden, TongHai Garden, HanLinGuanHai residential village, XinHua Oasis residential village and so on, have obtained recognition of contractors and real estate developers and clients.
